Project Title: The Study on Establishing a Methodology for Exposure Assessment of Biocidal Products

Business Purpose

• Develop methodologies for exposure assessment of disinfectants and pest control products, perform exposure and risk assessments, and establish a database for each substance and product, thereby formalizing the evaluation methods

• Conduct preliminary exposure assessments and establish methodologies considering product types, uses, detailed uses, formulations, users, facilities (including public and multi-use facilities), differentiation between combined and single agents (for combined hazard determination), identification of vulnerable populations, exposure routes, and secondary exposure assessments
